Kenpo

Gomaru-ryu Kenpo is a system of self-defense that focuses on multiple fast hand strikes, vital point targeting, and low destructive kicks. The system uses an adaptive circle-based method for blocking and redirection. Students in Kenpo learn Kata (Forms), high-speed combination series, and self-defense techniques. By the time a student reaches the Black belt level they will be able to perform a twelve strike combination in 1 second or less. Because of its destructive style Kenpo is only suitable for mature teens and adults.
